There are no confirmed studies proving traditional antiperspirants are harmful to your health; too much aluminum in the body IS harmful, but no studies have shown that enough aluminum gets trapped in the body from antiperspirants, leading to cancer. However– there are many bennies to wearing a natural deodorant regardless. They tend to be less irritating, especially for sensitive skin. Look out for brands with no essential oils or aluminum.
